Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are commiting to purchase the product/s . All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we cannot be held responsible.

In order to contract with murrayward.com you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Paypal or have a Paypal account. Murrayward.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the details of your order. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order and your contract to purchase. We will send you confirmation by email when the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment

All payments are taken via our preferred merchant Paypal. Upon receiving your order your card or paypal account will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received are treated as a payment against the value of the goods you wish to purchase and they will then be dispatched.

Shipping

UK Shipping is via Royal mail, signature required. International delivery via courier, signature required. We dispatch within 7 working days (usually sooner), if you require your item sooner for a special occassion please just get in touch; stock allowing we can usually meet your requirements.

Returns

If for any reason your are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch via email. Goods can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery via recorded delivery. Our items are hand-packed and quality controlled but in the unlikely event that you find any fault with your item please get in touch for a replacement.

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
